Pauline "Polly" Sullins Spivey
Pauline "Polly" Sullins Spivey, age 83, a resident of Prattville, Alabama, formerly of Hamilton, Alabama, passed away Tuesday, May 24, 2005, at a local nursing home.
Funeral services were held Friday, May 27, 2005, at 11:00 a.m. from Trinity United Methodist Church with Pastor Steve McInnis officiating. Burial followed at Prattville Memory Gardens, with Prattville Memorial Chapel directing.
Mrs. Spivey was preceded in death by her husband, James D. Spivey; her parents, James R. and Ila Wright Sullins; two brothers; and one sister.
She is survived by two daughters and son-in-law, Jennie and Charles Prochazka of Prattville, Alabama, and Mary Jane Spivey of Autaugaville, Alabama; two grandchildren, Keith and Jeremy Prochazka; two brothers, Thomas A. Sullins of Montgomery, Alabama and Everett (Annie Faye) Sullins of Hamilton, Alabama; two sisters, Louise Cantrell of Hamilton, Alabama and Edith Davis of West Monroe, Louisiana.
The family received friends at Prattville Memorial Chapel on Thursday evening from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
