Spivey, Pauline "Polly" Sullins - Age 83 - Prattville, AL
Pauline "Polly" Sullins Spivey, 83, a resident of Prattville, AL, died on Tuesday, May 24, 2005, at a local nursing home.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, May 27, 2005, at 11:00 am from Trinity United Methodist Church with Pastor Steve McInnis officiating. Burial will follow at Prattville Memory Gardens, with Prattville Memorial Chapel directing.
Mrs. Spivey was preceded in death by her husband, James D. Spivey.
She is survived by two daughters and son-in-law, Jennie and Chrles Prochazka of Prattville, AL, and Mary Jane Spivey of Autaugaville, AL; two grandchildren, Keith and Jeremy Prochazka; two brothers, Thomas A. Sullins of Montgomery,AL and Everett (Annie Faye) Sullins of Hamilton, AL; two sisters, Louise Cantrell of Hamilton, AL and Edith Davis of West Monroe, LA. The family will receive friends at Prattville Memorial Chapel on Thursday evening from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm.
