Miss Nell Shotts
Miss Nell Shotts, age 85, of Hamilton, Alabama, passed away Sunday, October 31, 2010 at North MS Medical Center, Tupelo, Mississippi.
Visitation, 6:00 - 8:00 p.m., Wednesday night, November 3, 2010, Hamilton Funeral Home, Hamilton, Alabama. Funeral service, 11:00 a.m., Thursday, November 4, 2010, Hamilton Funeral Home Chapel. Burial in Bexar Cemetery. Eugene Stocksted officiating.
Miss Shotts was born May 10, 1925, in Marion County, Alabama, to the late John Cleat and Maude Akers Shotts. She worked as a County Resgistrar.
She is survived by 2 brothers, Lejune (Mae Ruth) Shotts, and Wilburn (Mary Ann) Shotts; 2 nephews, David (Patty) Shotts, and Steven Shotts; 1 niece, Mary Kathern (Kayhan) Sharifal; 1 great-nephew, Zack Sharifal; and 1 great-niece, Lindsey Shotts.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Cleat and Maude Shotts; 1 sister, Maxine Shotts; and 1 nephew, Joey Shotts.
