Jackie Sullivan Sr., age 56, of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, formerly of Sulligent, Alabama passed away Saturday, September 26, 2009 at Mercy Hospital in Oklahoma.

Visitation, 6:00 - 8:00 p.m., Thursday evening, October 1, 2009 at the Otts Funeral Home. Funeral service, 2:00 p.m., Friday, October 2, 2009 from the Otts Funeral Home Chapel. Burial in the Gilmer Addition of the Sulligent City Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers, Tony Townsend, Audie Williams, Robert Trevino, Robert Massey, Ken Broyles & Perry Broyles.

Mr. Sullivan was born May 26, 1953 in Guin, AL to the late Roger Buster and Edna Mae Cribbs Sullivan. He was a member of Praise Assembly Church, Hamilton, AL. Mr. Sullivan was a graduate of Sulligent High School. He was a Veteran of the U.S. Army. He enjoyed fishing.

He is survived by 4 sons, Jackie Ray Sullivan Jr., Norman, OK., Jimmy Don Smith, Norman, OK., Jonathon Sullivan, Guntersville, AL., Willie Dewayne Jones, Norman, OK.; 4 daughters, Jackiley (Corey) Johnson, Norman, OK., Tina Jones, Norman, OK., Destiny Sullivan, Guntersville, AL., and Lakira Sullivan, Guntersville, AL.; 19 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; 5 sisters, Dorothy Freeman, Oklahoma City, OK., Mary Brooks, Oklahoma City, OK., Bobbie Jean Thompson, Oklahoma City, OK., Ina Broyles, Sulligent, AL., and Linda Cobbs, Hamilton, AL.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Roger Buster and Edna Mae Sullivan; his wife, Janice Smith Sullivan; 3 brothers, Raymond, Jimmy Don and Peter Sullivan
