Visitation, 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 Noon, Friday, September 18, 2009 at Norwood Funeral Home in Guin, Alabama. Funeral service, 12:00 Noon, Friday, September 18, 2009 at Norwood Funeral Home Chapel, Guin, Alabama. Burial in Brock Cemetery.

She was born in Haleyville, Alabama to the late James A. and Rosie Burleson Cummings. She had lived in Guin most of her life and had worked for Reltoc.

She is survived by 1 daughter, Ann (Pete) Barnes of Guin, AL, 5 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
