Herbert Lee Darty, age 80, of Hamilton, Alabama, passed away Tuesday, March 29, 2011 at his residence.

Funeral service, 6:00 p.m., Thursday, March 31, 2011, at the Hamilton Church of Christ, Hamilton, Alabama with Military Honors. Visitation, 5:00 - 6:00 p.m., Thursday, at the church, until time of service. Burial in Love Joy Cemetery, Hamilton, Alabama.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Cancer Fund.
